
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Arjun Singh Yadav was born in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. He earned his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government Engineering College, Ujjain, in 2009, followed by an M.Tech in Nanotechnology from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, in 2011. He completed his Ph.D. from MANIT in 2017. With more than seven years of teaching experience at reputed engineering institutions across India, he was honored with the “Certificate of Honour” for Excellence in Teaching at SRAJAN 2019. Dr. Yadav is affiliated with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, where he works with the VLSI and Embedded Systems Group. His research focuses on memory circuit design, radiation-hardened electronics for space applications, memory security, in-memory computation, MBIST, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He has published many research articles extensively in national and international journals and is currently engaged in an ISRO project.
