Course Objectives
- Provide the basic understanding of the rural society and social institutions
- Understanding connections between social institutions and development
- Enable to understand the dynamics in rural society
- Help students to deal with the idea of inclusive development
Course Outcomes
After the completion of this course, students will be able to: <br />CO 1) Get the basic understanding of the rural society and social institutions <br />CO 2) Learn the nature of rural and social institutions of Indian Society that will help in understanding the development scenario in our country <br />CO 3) Know the role of the local/social institutions in the implementation of any project <br />CO 4) enable to understanding the dynamics in the rural society which will help them to deal with the idea of development in a very inclusive manner
