Knowledge Elicitation Techniques, Modelling Communication Aspects, Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning, Case Studies, Designing Knowledge Systems, Knowledge Codification, Testing and Deployment, Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge System Implementation. (12 hours)
Advanced Knowledge Modelling, Value Networks, Business Models for Knowledge Economy, UML Notations, Project Management.(6 hours)
