Course Objectives

 • The course aims to impart knowledge about various systems in human body.
 • This will help students to understand a biological system in a better way and discover remedial measures for malfunctioning of a system.

Course Outcomes

CO 1: Imparts knowledge on current topics and trends in physiology and understanding the reasons behind day-to-day physiological activities performed by us.
CO 2: Students will comprehend the structure of various organ systems in human and plants.
CO 3: Students will comprehend the functions of different organ systems and correlate to the structure
CO 4: Enables the students to integrate physiology from the cellular and molecular level to the organ system and organismic level and decipher the interplay between different organ systems and how this interplay maintain homeostasis in the body by modulating different variable and set points.
CO 5: Enable the students to understand the malfunctioning of different systems in the human body and its remedial measures.
