Genome architecture, gene function, Chromatin organisation and gene expression, Stem cells, Reprogramming and Regeneration, Epigenetics, DNA methylation, histone modifications Regulation of gene expression in eukaryotes, Structural genomics, alteration in gene regulation and diseases, Modulation of chromatin dynamics
