Technology Forecasting, Planning inventory models, Design of job and wage system , Methods study, work measurement, Job evaluation Wage and incentive plans, Budgetary Control, Cost analysis, Depreciation, Productivity: Concepts and measurements, Organizational structure for management functions, Project Planning, Evaluation and Management Operation Research Applications in Management, MIS, Environmental Management and Safety Management Systems, Principles of financial management, Statistical Quality Control, Simulation and Modeling Applications in Management.
Course Objectives
- To know how the project can run and how profitability for the project be calculated and improved based on conditions
- what shall be the organizational structure and to maintain safety based on environmental conditions
