Study and Experiment of abrasive wear behavior of different materials and Composites using pin-on-disc type tribotester.
Experiment-2:
Study and Experiment of Solid Particle impact wear behavior of materials and Composites with respect to different operating parameters.
Experiment-3:
Study and Experiment of dry sand abrasion wear behavior of materials and Composites
Experiment-4:
Study and Experiment of slurry abrasion wear behavior of different materials and composites
Experiment-5
Experiment on Journal Bearing test rig.
Course Objectives
- To get practical exposer to the subject
- Hand on experiment on tribological equipment's
- To find out wear and friction of different materials
Course Outcomes
The student will be able to design and test materials for Tribological applications.
