Syllabus
Study of a DC motor driven closed loop position control system Study of a Position Control System using Synchro Obtain speed-torque characteristics of a two-phase servomotor Determine the transfer function of a system (network) using a transfer function analyzer Position and Speed Control of a DC motor using PD and PID Controller via Ziegler Nicholos tuning method Identification of a DC Motor transfer function To study the discrete-time version of the PID controller, and to implement classical tuning rules for the digital control system

- To perfrom experiments for learning and practising practical aspects of Control System
Course Outcomes
To design, simulate and implement different controllers in parctical systems.
