1. Familiarization with PLC and its programming

Course Objective

Identify different components of automation system interface the given I/O device with appropriate PLC module. |

To Prepare a PLC ladder program for a given application and simulate PLC circuits. Design Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits for automation. |
3 . |
To understand the working of logical circuits and analyze the performance of different types of controllers. |
4 . |
To make the students aware about the automation used in various industrial applications and the use of PLC, DCS and SCADA in different processes. |
