Course Objectives

  • To provide the necessary knowledge to establish the equations of motion and for the determination of structural response from dynamic loads and experience in the modeling and calculation of dynamic response for simple structural systems.

Course Outcomes

1. Students will develop skills in structural dynamics fundamentals. <br />2. Students will be able to identify the need for dynamic analysis in structural design. <br />3. Students will be able to formulate and analyze complex engineering problems using the first principles of structural dynamics.
