UV-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Mass spectroscopy(MS), Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), MALDI, Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) Raman spectroscopy, High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Gas chromatography (GC),GC-MS and LC-MS, Spectrofluorimetry, Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP), Fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) , Circular dichroism (CD), Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX), Surface profilometry and atomic force microscopy(AFM), Nanoindentation technique, Bright field and other optical microscopy techniques, fluorescence and confocal microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Zeta potential analysis, dynamic light scattering (DLS) Flow cytometry. Course Objectives

  • To give insight to the basic fundamentals of analytical techniques.

Course Outcomes
