1 EDM MRR To estimate the Metal Removal Rate (MRR) of Electro Discharge Machine (EDM).
2 WEDM Study the effect of Wire-EDM (WEDM) process parameters on kerf width (overcut) and machining speed
3 Ultrasonic Welding Study of ultrasonic welding machine and the effect of its parameters on welding performance
4 Lathe Dynamometer To measure the cutting force during turning operation of mild steel in lathe and measurement of chip reduction coefficient
5 CNC programming To write a CNC codes for given job on CNC milling m/c.
6 FDM Study of rapid prototyping (RP) machine and make a component (part) using FDM based rapid prototyping machine
7 Milling Dynamometer To measure the cutting force during milling operation using Dynamometer
8 ECM MRR To Estimation of MRR on ECM
9 Lathe Inspection To perform Acceptance inspection on lathe.
10a AJM study Study of Abrasive Jet Machine
10b Pneumatic Gauge To measure the diameter of the components using pneumatic gauge.
