Control Decisions: Demand Management and Forecasting, Master production Schedule, MRP I, MRP II, Resource Requirement planning and allocation, Manufacturing Models, Service Models. Master Production Scheduling: Scheduling in Job Shop production, Scheduling in Batch Production, Scheduling in Line Flow production, Scheduling in Assembly Line production, Economic Lot Scheduling. Production Order Creation and Execution: Process Overview, Production Order and Scheduling, Planning for Adjustments Recognizing Uncertainty, Confirmation, Settlement and Completion, Production Activity Control.
