Module-I: Embedded Computing System and Applications, [2 hr.]
Module-II: Mathematical Methods of Architecture Design, [12 hr.]
Module-III: Embedded Architecture Design for Digital Filters, [8 hr.]
Module-IV: Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Tools for Digital Filer [8 hr.]
Course Objectives
- Understand the wide view of embedded computing system and its applications
- Understand requirement analysis and design flow
- Learn rigorously the mathematical methods for designing digital computing system
- Learn latest Integrated Development Environment, coding in VHDL/Verilog, simulation and testing
Course Outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to <br /> <br />CO1: Represent the embedded computing system on graph <br />CO2: Analyse and determine design parameter using graph techniques <br />CO3: Develop optimized DSP architecture meeting application specific performance criteria <br />CO4: Develop Silicon Compiler using graph based techniques for Digital Filters <br />CO5: Work with modern tools like Vivado/Vitis/MATLAB toolbox for design, <br /> simulation, & realization embedded hardware
