COMPEX Scheme

Compex Scheme

  • Procedure for Admission under theCOMPEX Scheme
  • Candidates Shortlisted under the COMPLEX Scheme by the Government of India are considered for admission based on the applications received through the designated authority. The Institute verifies the eligibility of the candidates and their supporting documents as per the admission regulations. Eligible candidates are required to complete document verification, fee payment (Wherever applicable), Institue registration, and Hostel admission before joining their respective academic programmes.

Direct Admission of Students Abroad

  • Procedure for Admission under theDASA Scheme
  • Admission under the DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) Scheme are conducted based on the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Candidates alloted seats through the DASA Portal are required to report to the Institue with the prescribed documents for verification, complete the admission formalities, pay the applicable Institute fees, register fot the programme, and complete hostel admission (Wherever applicable) before joining their respective academic programmes.

ICCR Scheme

Indian Council for Cultural Relations

75% Aggregate
  • Percentage Limit: Student must have passed and secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination.
  • Mandatory Subjects: Physics, Mathematics, and English are core compulsory qualifying subjects.
Tie Resolution Flow
  • In case of a tie with CGPA, resolved as highest marks in Mathematics, Physics, and English respectively.
  • For Bangladeshi candidates only, CGPA comparisons will be evaluated without additional subject CGPA metrics.
  • If the tie still persists, resolved depending on the date of application (earlier applications receive preference).
  • To ensure global diversity, seats will be filled proportionately based on application density from each country.

SII Scheme

Study In India Initiative

80% Aggregate
  • Higher Percentage Limit: Student must have passed and secured at least 80% aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination.
  • Mandatory Subjects: Physics, Mathematics, and English are core compulsory qualifying subjects.
Tie Resolution Flow
  • Ties will be evaluated by comparing individual high scores in Mathematics, Physics, and English respectively.
  • For Bangladeshi students only, ties will be followed through without considering additional subject CGPA marks.
  • If the tie still persists, resolved depending on the date of application (earlier applications receive preference).
  • To maintain cultural diversity, seats are mapped proportionately based on applications from each country.
