BIOGRAPHY

Prof. S. Gopalakrishna received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from the JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada, India, a Master’s degree in Power Systems from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India, and a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras, India. He joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, in 2011, where he is currently working as an Associate Professor. His current research interests include Power Quality, Electrical drives, Measurements, and Instrumentation. Three Ph.D. students graduated under him, and he published in renowned journals like IEEE Sensors and IET Power Electronics.
