Syllabus
Water treatment processes and the design of aeration units/aerators, clarification and flocculation, design of clari-flocculators, filtration plant design, disinfection processes and the determination of dose of disinfectants. Anaerobic wastewater treatment : Design of septic tank and soak pit, design of wastewater treatments units, activated sludge treatment process and design of activated sludge treatment plant, Design of trickling filters.
