Enzyme kinetics: First and order second order reactions Enzyme inhibition multi-substrate enzyme kinetics Multisite allosteric enzyme kinetics Enzyme immobilization Heterogeneous biochemical reaction systems, Reaction rates for immobilised enzymes, mass transfer in heterogeneous system Kinetic models for cell growth and product formation: unstructured, chemically structured and metabolic models. Transport phenomena in bioprocess Bioreactor design and analyses

Course Outcomes
1. Detail idea for the enzyme reaction kinetics, and inhibion studies. <br />2. Students will have detail idea about how mass transfer is affected in free and immobilized systems.
