Syllabus
Quality control methods of large data sets of satellite, in situ and modelling products. Using the meteorology and oceanography satellite products. Statistical methods of rainfall data analysis. Computation of divergence and vorticity analysis of wind products and visualize the products.
Course Objectives
- Main objective of the course is to deal with the quality assessment of meteorological and oceanography data sets and visualize the products using MATLAB.
Course Outcomes
This course will enable the students to handle satellite meteorological and oceanography data sets.
