NIT Rourkela Mining Engineering Students Retain Champion Title at GREAT STEP 2026!
Students of the second, third, and fourth years from the Department of Mining Engineering at NIT Rourkela once again demonstrated their excellence by successfully defending their title at the Fifteenth Edition of GREAT STEP 2026, the annual technical festival hosted by IIT Kharagpur.
Building on their previous achievement, the team displayed outstanding technical proficiency, teamwork, and perseverance across multiple events, securing the “Champions of GREAT STEP” award for the second consecutive year while competing against more than 200 participants from leading institutions across the country.
