Prof. Dillip K. Pradhan Honoured with MRSI Medal 2025 for Excellence in Materials Science
Prof. Dillip K. Pradhan, Department of Physics and Astronomy, National Institute of Technology Rourkela, has been conferred with the prestigious Materials Research Society of India (MRSI) Medal for 2025. The award recognises Prof. Pradhan’s significant contributions to the field of materials research, particularly in ferroelectrics and multiferroics, structural phase transitions, and energy materials, along with his continued excellence in teaching and scientific innovation. The award was conferred during the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MRSI, held at the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar. MRSI confers this medal to honour scientists who have made significant and sustained contributions to Materials Science and Engineering.
