BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Nagaraju Chilukoti previously served as a Research Professor at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea. His areas of interest include Climate Change, Land Use and Land Cover Change (LULCC), Monsoon, Operational Forecasting, and Data Assimilation. During his postdoctoral doctoral research at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA, Dr. Chilukoti evaluated the impact of LULCC on regional and global climate. He has also implemented the bias correction method for wave forecasting during cyclone forecasts and developed real-time data assimilation systems at the Indian National Center for Ocean Information System (INCOIS) in Hyderabad, India. Dr. Chilukoti has successfully conducted the RLWC-2023 workshop and a conference on High-Performance Computing (HPC) technologies. Currently, he is guiding six Ph.D. students and has successfully completed one sponsored research project.
