Performance Analysis: Budgeting and Budgetary Control. Responsibility Accounting System, Levels of Responsibility, Responsibility Centres, Variance Analysis, Evaluation of Cost and Sales Variances. (10 hours)

Financial Accounting: Theoretical Background, Golden Rules of Accounting (Double Entry System), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAPs), Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet. (12 hours)

Financial Statement Analysis : Vertical and horizontal analysis, Ratio Analysis. (6 hours)
