Unit II: Literature review Research gaps Identifying & defining a research problem criteria to finalize research topic finalizing objectives
Unit III: Types of data Methods of data collection in Social Science Research
Unit IV: Approaches to field Work Phenomenology, Ethnography, etc.
Unit V: Formulating & testing hypothesis Introduction to Data Analysis-quantitative & qualitative

Course Objectives

  • To provide a comprehensive understanding on Research Methodology
  • To introduce data collection and data analysis methods
  • To facilitate defining a research problem and develop a suitable research design
