Protein conformational dynamics (folding/misfolding) Protein-protein/nanoparticle/metal ion interactions Nanoscale biophysics - Investigating the physico-chmeical interaction patterns at nano-bio interface is my long term goal, since the information can help remodel the vital nanoparticle for their different biological applications. Currently, I, along my Ph.D. students, are studying the interaction patterns at nano-bio interface to re-evaluate the role of interaction pattern to determine the fate of both nanoparticles and biomolecules inside the biological medium.
