• Verification of the authenticity of the source of a message
• Verification of the integrity of the messages transmitted via an insecure channel
• Unique identification of the originator of any message

Implement cryptography and security protocols as solutions to network and inter-networking security issues.

Develop inter-networking applications including client-server systems, routing models, email systems.

At the end of this laboratory course, the students will have hands-on expertise to develop any present-day network application while overcoming the major security threats pertaining to those.
