Fabrication of semiconducting thin films by spin coating method

Deposition of metallic film by electroplating

Module 5 :

Fabrication of nanoporous silicon by electrochemical approach

Module 6 :

Fabrication of 2-D layer by mechanical exfoliation and wet chemical method

Module 7 :

Growth of nanowires by hydrothermal method and chemical etching

Module 8 :

Fabrication of thin film-nanowires hybrid structure by spray coating technique

Module 9 :

Synthesis of polymer film-nanowire composite structures by dip coating technique

Module 10 :

Study of electronic properties of thin flexible devices

Module 11 :

Fabrication of nanogenerators for energy harvesting

Study of low dimensional advanced electronic materials for solar cells
