Electrochemistry: Redox reactions, Electrode potential, Electrochemical cells, Batteries and Fuel Cells, Applications of Electrochemistry and Numerical problems.

Course Objective

To provide a basic level understanding of applied chemistry to the first year UG students |

To understand the fundamentals of synthetic polymers and bio-polymers, their structures, classifications and functions |
| 3 . |
To have a fundamental understanding of electrochemistry and solid state structures |
| 4 . |
To learn basic principles and applications of spectroscopy in chemistry and to learn green chemistry principles for sustainable development |
