Leadership: concepts and practice, nature of leadership, styles of leadership, qualities inherent in each style of leadership, leadership communication in the new workplace

Module 2 :

The Ethical advantage, nature of ethics, benefits of an ethical culture, recognizing an ethical company, ethics and communication.

Module 3 :

Ethics in business, Ethical dilemmas and ethical lapses, Creating an ethical organisational climate, signs of healthy ethical climates.

Addressing ethics in leadership, the future of ethical leadership.

Understand the concepts of leadership, leadership style and communication, and the basics of ethical leadership.
