Lab 4: Debate on the current scenario of successful and failed leaders
Lab 5: Role play on leaders’ role, strategy, development, succession, and followership
Lab 6: Series of exercises and simulations to create the urgency and ambiguity that frequently accompanies real-life leadership challenges
Lab 7: Session on how to build leadership capacities and develop decision-making skills
Lab 8: Group presentation on emotional intelligence, communication, conflict competence, and resilience
Lab 9: Case studies on strategic decision-making, critical-analytical thinking, innovation, and organizational behavior
Lab 10: Presentation on young entrepreneurs
Lab 11: Group activities on group dynamics: cohesion and development

The lab course will enable the students to sharpen their leadership skills, potential, role and abilities, self-efficacy in the competitive business environment.

Students will be exposed to the theory, method, and practice of leading profound corporate social innovation.

It will enable the students to focus on a set of broad managerial and leadership perspectives

Students will be exposed to remarkable leaders, organizations, and teams to hone their own observation, sense-making, and innovating skills.

The course will provide a practical exposure on the concepts and theories of Leadership and group dynamics at the individual, group and organizational levels in the changing global scenario.

This lab would help in providing a platform to share practical experiences and transfer best practices in behavioral research on business and management-related topics.

This lab will enhance the practical exposure of students to leadership measures for effective management and enable them to meet leadership challenges in the current scenario.
