Syllabus

1. Any two Supervised neural network models for character recognition (2 weeks)
2. Neural network training with modified back propagation laws (2 weeks)
3. Adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) implementation with an example regression problem (2 weeks)
4. New meta-heuristic techniques such as PSO, GA, multi-objective Pareto pattern search etc. (2 weeks)
5. Neural networks and fuzzy logic controller program implementations (2 weeks)

To enhance the program development skills with updated AI knowledge

To acquaint with the non-conventional optimization methods

To employ the toolboxes of Matlab and LabVIEW

To develop interactive codes required for the project works

This laboratory course gives advanced concepts needed for an innovative project work
