Module 1 :

Design philosophies of RCC structures and concept of computer aided design. (3 hours)

Module 2 :

Introduction of software package (Staad.Pro) for the analysis and design of structures. (3 hours)

Module 3 :

Create and analyze truss, beam, and frame structures using software package (Staad.Pro). (3 hours)

Module 4 :

Create and analyze building frame structures using software package (Staad.Pro) using dead loads and live loads. (3 hours)

Module 5 :

Concept of earthquake-resistant design of structures using software package (Staad.Pro). (3 hours)

Module 6 :

Seismic analysis and design of multi-storey RCC buildings using software package (Staad.Pro). (3 hours)

Module 7 :

Wind analysis and design of multi-storey RCC building structures using software package (Staad.Pro). (3 hours)

Module 8 :

Design philosophies of steel structures. (3 hours)

Module 9 :

Seismic analysis and design of industrial steel structures using software package (Staad.Pro). (3 hours)
