Ergonomics, Introduction - defining ergonomics as it pertains to preventing occupational injuries - Quantitative and Qualitative Ergonomic Assessment Methods Principles of (Re)Designing the Workplace, applied ergonomics to preventing musculoskeletal injuries and fatigue that result from a wide variety of occupational tasks, Mechanism of Injury & Prevention, workplace injuries and injury prevention methods.

To study design related issues in workplace and to suggest corrective measures for ergonomically suitable environment.

At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
1. Understand the anatomical and biomechanical bases of human movement.
2. Understand fundamental concepts of physical activity, health and conduct scientific inquiry
