Module 1 :

Module 1: Quantitative estimation of biomolecules like proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, carbohydrates, Determination of DNA melting temperature

Module2: Denaturant mediated protein unfolding using fluorescence spectrophotometer, pH mediated protein unfolding using fluorescence spectrophotometer, Temperature mediated protein unfolding using fluorescence spectrophotometer, effects of pH on enzyme kinetics, effect of temperature on enzyme kinetics, effect of substrate concentration on enzyme kinetics

Module 3: Chromatographic separation of biomolecules Protein ligand/nucleic acid ligand interaction studies using biophysical methods.

Module 4: Physio-chemical and mechanical characterization of biomaterials, Develop a basic analytical tools using simple electronics
