To know the different methods of coal analysis for assessing liability to spontaneous heating and mine fires |

To analyse particulate matter concentration in air. |

Measure different parameters of water, soil, noise and illumination |

Assess the spontaneous combustion liabilities of coal using different experimental techniques like CPT, DTA, Bomb calorimetry, Flammability temperature etc and understand their implications in coal mining industry. |

Determine the particulate matter concentrations (PM10 & PM2.5) in air using high volume samplers and assess lung function test using spirometry. |

Analyze water and soil quality parameters in mines and know its relevance for mining applications |
