Course Objective
| 1 . |
A thorough understanding and practical knowledge of principles of pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy and electrometallurgy processes which has been taught in the class rooms. Due attention would be given to prepartion of raw materials, extraction of ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. |
Course Outcome

CO 1: Knowledge about the methods of determination of some of the thermodynamic properties like free energy change, equilibrium constant CO 2: Knowledge about the raw materials preparation for pyrometallurgical extraction e.g. reducing agent (CO), flux (lime stone) etc
