Course Objective
| 1 . |
Identify the multiple components of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including user services and support technologies. |
| 2 . |
Understand the importance of ITS and its practical applications in improving transportation efficiency, proposing recommendations for appropriate ITS technologies corresponding to real traffic problems. |
| 3 . |
Analyze advanced sensor data, gather extensive information, roadway, and traffic data, and estimate traffic congestion levels. |
| 4 . |
Implement and execute suitable Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and services to optimize transportation effectiveness by utilizing various ITS-based design and control elements. |
