Treatment of food Waste and by-products. Anaerobic digestion of - organic residue and waste, Animal and fish by-products. Recovery of various components from food and agricultural waste. Waste to biofuel. Combustion, Pyrolysis, Gasification - Principles and mechanism. Agricultural wastes into energy chemicals. Conversion of by-products and wastes into pulp, paper, various other products and chemicals. Bio-compost. Vermicomposting. Waste water management and treatment in food processing sector. Issue and technology on food waste management. Laws, regulation and Policy on Waste management. |
