The course intends to develop the feel of design and development of a real product.

The course intends in developing understanding the expectations from a product and to execute principles of product design in industrial projects.

You are expected to develop knowledge and practical skill through theoretical and practical training.

You are required to develop products, give seminars, perform product teardown – using both dissection and buildup and submit term / research project (Design Project) on chosen topics.

The end output should be a “functional” proto-type model / scaled model.
You are also required to prepare a product catalog / brochure presenting the highlights of the product generated.
