| The Department offers instruction in General Chemistry
and Engineering Chemistry to students of branches of Engineering,
Physical and Organic Chemistry to Chemical Engineering students
at B.Tech level, M.Sc course with specialisation in Inorganic
/ Environmental Chemistry and Doctoral Research programmes leading
to Ph.D degree. Research work is on in the fields : Studies
on the formation of complexes of transition metals and rare
earths in solution and determination of stability constants,
synthesis of transition metal Complexes and characterisation
by Physical Measurements, Environmental Pollution Control. |
